Dear Checkerheads,
My A12 has the under-dash front hood latch opener.  The hood latch no
longer has a spring, so it takes two people to open the hood (one to
pull/wiggle the interior, under-dash lever and one outside to lift up
the hood).  My other A12s had a white plastic/nylon button and spring
that would push the hood up.  This car does not.  Is there a spring-fix
anyone can suggest?
